“Hannah’s warm and engaging style enables both parents and students to enjoy the experience of learning how to play the harp.
My daughters come away from harp lessons with Hannah excited about what they’ve learned, able to articulate the “why” behind harp technique, and inspired to learn more.”
harp is for everyone.
I welcome students of all ages, abilities, and skill levels for private harp lessons in my Brooklyn studio or online from anywhere.
As an experienced music educator with over 10 years of teaching in private and group settings, my approach centers on creativity and accessibility: everyone can make music on the harp, and everyone deserves the chance learn how!
I specialize in teaching individuals with disabilities, and this experience gives me unique skills to adapt and create lessons that meet each student where they are, whether they are disabled or not.
I also work with fellow music educators looking to make their teaching more inclusive. I’m available for one-on-one consultations, where I can help you adapt instructional techniques, studio practices, instrument set-ups, and more, to better serve your students with disabilities, drawing on my real-world experience and training in accessible music education.
Whether you're a parent seeking a supportive teacher for your child, an adult ready to pick up the harp for the first time, or a fellow educator interested in accessible music instruction, I would love to work with you.
“I highly recommend Hannah to anyone wanting to play the harp. Even the most difficult music feels doable because she teaches so clearly. Her love for the harp and her creativity shines through every lesson and its motivating!”
